We are planning on going to the cabin next week and I am trying to button things up a bit before the family gets there.
So today put down a engineered floor on the catwalk along with some trim pieces on the catwalk and stairs…

These pics are from my father-in-law… forgot my camera last week and he went down today and snapped some pics…
The shed just needs the front wall put on still. Even so we have moved much of the building materials in to clear up the cabin.

So summer finally arrived today… 85 might not be hot to some but to me working in the sun today after a sumer of days in the 60’s and 70’s… ugggg…. but I can’t complain…. two days in a row without rain…

After way to much rain we got back to the cabin today. Stopped by the Amish sawmill and picked up most of the 1×10’s we needed… they were running short so we are scrounging around our place for some extras… We also stopped by the Amish Steel roofing guy… picked up the roofing from an order he had returned that was the wrong color. It was close enough for us…
